We knew when we found it, that 604 Green Lanes could be something really special. So, we set about turning this promising but forgotten plot of land and rundown building into Chi Chi’s Coffee and Waffle House – a place for people to meet, eat well, and enjoy exceptionally good coffee in a beautifully designed and relaxing space.

    Very allergy friendly and lovely staff. My daughter enjoyed her waffle with vegan ice cream and chocolate sauce. Lovely experience.
